About the Authors

We're Becky and James, creators of The IFS Journal. We both love IFS and have a shared belief in the power of creativity and reflection to support growth.

Becky is a therapist and passionate journaler. Over time, she noticed how many of her clients wanted practical ways to connect with their parts outside of therapy. She had been sending prompts and questions by email, until the idea of bringing them all together in a guided journal took shape. James is a mathematics teacher and tech enthusiast who helped transform the idea into a tangible tool that feels supportive, engaging, and easy to use.

Together, we created this journal as a way for anyone interested in IFS to have a gentle companion for self-discovery, compassion, reflection, and everyday practice. We hope that these pages become a safe space for you to explore your inner world with curiosity and kindness.
